Running can be many things to people. Exercise, a way to keep yourself fit, a way to meet people.To me running is all these things. The pain in the calf muscle after a minute, pain in the ankles, not to forget the pounding of your heart, sweat soaked shirts. the moment when you realise running is more than a way to stay fit. It helps to realise who you really are. Running shows you your limits and helps you cross them. The times when you tell yourself one more minute, one more kilometer tells you more about yourself than you know. And the hardest part being - leaving the house.
